Pencils are available in a wide range of colors, but not every color shade or gradient. We guarantee that the pencil is the color you ordered: red, blue, green, etc... We can not guarantee that the color will be the shade you are trying to complement. Colors displayed on computer monitors can vary greatly. The preview you see on your screen may vary from the actual color of the pencil. No refund is available on custom imprinted items for pencil or imprint color. If we make a mistake on your pencils order we will promptly correct the problem.
Custom mascot or logo Images - If you have a custom mascot image that's not listed here, simply email it to us after you place your order. Be sure to select Emailed Image in the mascot list when placing your order. A black-and-white JPG or EPS file at least 300 dpi is necessary to produce a quality image.
